DESCRIPTION:Summer's coming to a close and we're looking to ge
 t together to have fun\, enjoy a potluck lunch\, a
nd to learn about why it's so important to collabo
rate to stop the efforts underway to build an enor
mous coal terminal at the Port of Oakland\, (funde
d in part with a recent $75million dollar donation
from POTUS for clean bea&*%$#!ful coal).  The coa
l train that would come and go would contribute di
sastrously to local air pollution and PM2.5 along
the East Bay coastline rail corridor (from Oakland
to Martinez)-- causing increased rates of cardiov
 ascular events\, asthma\, mortality\, etc.\n \n \n
\n So\, let's learn what we as the local health c
ommunity-- and allies-- can do to stop this misant
 hropic\, backwards plan from breaking ground.\n \n
\n \n Friends and family and neighbors are all we
 lcome (and needed!) - families welcome! \n \n \n
\n This potluck will take place at Codornices Park
in Berkeley (on the grass beside the playgrounds
 and slide). \n \n \n \n If you'd like to learn mor
e about what we'll be discussing\, please refer to
  this \n \n \n \n We hope to see you there!\n \n \

te matter air pollution the coal train would be an
 ticipated to cause:\n \n \n \n \n \n
