Intro to the California Legislative Cycle - Tuesday, March 17th, 12:30-1:30p PT

Have you ever wondered how a bill becomes a law in California? Or how bills are written and who sponsors them? If so, we hope you'll join us for Intro the California Legislative Cycle.

The session will be led by Lisa Chang, a retired ophthalmologist who serves on Climate Health Now's Statewide Leadership Team and is also a volunteer with 350 Bay Area Action's Legislative Team. The webinar will include a broad overview of the California legislative cycle as well as information about the paths that climate-related bills typically take through our legislature. Any member of the California health community is welcome to join -- please spread the word!
